Parent or Student do not have logon information? This access code information MUST come from the student’s school. Citynet cannot provide this information due to privacy issues. Contact your school for either a Student Logon Letter or a Parent/Guardian Logon letter.

Forgot your password? If you have an email address in your LiveGrades account, you can click on the Forgot My Password link and that will be emailed to you from LiveGrades. If you are a student and do NOT have an email address in your account, you will need to contact your school for that information. If you are a parent you must have an e-mail address so if the password re-set is not recognizing your e-mail address, then either you were using a student account and must create your own or try another address you may have used. Citynet cannot provide account information.

Need to add another child to my account but cannot find that link? There are two types of LiveGrades accounts – Student account and Parent/Guardian account. If you have created your account using the access code for a Student account, you will only be able to see information for that student. If you need to follow multiple students, the account MUST be set up with information for a Parent/Guardian account. The information for BOTH of these accounts can only come from your student’s school. Citynet cannot provide account information.
